Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager Intern located at Arya Medical College and Hospital in Jaipur. The intern's day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in managing operational processes, coordinating with different departments, monitoring daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, and implementing quality control measures. They will also assist in identifying areas for process improvements and support efforts to streamline administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
• Familiarity with operations management concepts and processes
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest process improvements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff across departments
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address operational challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields
• Previous internship or experience in operations management or a healthcare setting is a plus
