Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Management

  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily operational activities at project sites and office.
  • Ensure timely execution of infrastructure and concrete-related projects as per approved schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, and cost control.

Resource & Vendor Management

  • Need to support the site team for hiring new contractors, labours as and when required
  • Ensuring that compliances of labours as met as per the updated govt requirements
  • To build a technical, committed and experienced team with a second line of few key positions (An operations manager or and assistant operation manager) to ensure your growth to a project co-ordinator thus keeping yourself free to address clients and visiting sites , by indulging yourself in recruiting and training Manage manpower deployment, machinery, materials, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and equipment.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Implement and monitor safety practices at sites as per statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory norms, and internal audits.
  • Address operational risks and take corrective/preventive actions.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Instead of acting as bridge he shall ensure that no grievances are escalated to management unless when required your role is to ensure that the management is not involved in day-to-day challenges what so ever.
  • Processes expected by accounts and hr are seamlessly percolated to the site factory and office team Act as a bridge between management, site teams, and support departments (HR, Accounts, Purchase).
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Escalate critical issues to management with suggested solutions.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and safety.
  • Support management in strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent mailing skills and pro-active actions. To ensure to keep all communications, moms and immediate replies to mails from client’s vendors and team members Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities
  • Sound knowledge of infrastructure, construction, and concrete operations
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and operational documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
