Job Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of IFM EDU ACADEMY, ensuring smooth functioning and achieving organizational goals. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage teams, streamline processes, and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Set and achieve operational targets related to student enrollment, program delivery, and revenue goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with faculty, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and operational expenses to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Handle stakeholder relationships, including students, partners, and vendors.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present them to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
