Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, inventory management, supply chain management, logistics management, procurement, and other related tasks. The Logistics Manager will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for team management and deliverables. Qualifications Customer service and inventory management skills Supply chain management and logistics management experience Procurement and negotiations skills Proven track record of successful team management and leadership Excellent communication and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize workload Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain management Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Operations: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
