Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Central Delhi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing process improvements. Key responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating cross-departmental activities, monitoring organizational performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while driving overall operational success.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Operational Management, Process Optimization, and Strategic Planning
• Experience in Project Management, Leadership, and Team Coordination
• Knowledge of IT Security, Compliance, and Risk Management frameworks
• Familiarity with Business Analysis, Financial Oversight, and Resource Allocation
• Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in using business management tools and software
• Experience working with or managing
