Operations Manager - Export / Import

- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head of Operations to lead our operations team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our international trading company. - The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire operations lifecycle, from procurement to logistics, and ensuring that all operations are conducted in a compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner. - Experience : At least 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an international trading company. Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Key Requirements :-. - Expertise In International Shipping Documents. - Strong knowledge of Bills of Lading (B/L), Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Inspection Certificates. - Proven experience in managing cross-border trade documentation efficiently and accurately. - Operations and Legalities. - Hands-on experience in supply chain logistics, marine law, customs procedures, and export/import regulations. - Familiarity with legal compliance and international trade requirements. - Thorough Knowledge of UCP 600:. - In-depth understanding of Letters of Credit (LCs), compliance requirements, and banking terms under UCP 600.
