Job Description

Developing and implementing strategies to optimize import and export operations.
Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Managing customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Negotiating shipping rates and contracts with carriers and logistics providers.
Preparing and reviewing documentation for shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Collaborating with sales and purchasing departments to align import-export activities with business objectives.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
Managing and mitigating risks associated with international logistics.
Handling claims and disputes related to shipping and customs processes
