Experience Required: 3-4 Years Location: [Bangalore] Qualification: NIFT Graduate, MBA in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Site Merchandising , Catalogue Management , and UI/UX Optimization . The ideal candidate must have prior experience with Shopify , coordination with creative/digital agencies such as Seventh Triangle , and strong cataloguing capabilities across leading platforms. Key Responsibilities: Shopify Management: Handle daily merchandising operations and product uploads on Shopify; optimize the storefront for better performance and user experience. Catalogue Management (Core Skill): Manage and optimize detailed product catalogs including titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and pricing to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms. UI/UX Optimization: Collaborate with design and tech teams to enhance site usability and improve customer journey based on data-driven insights. Site Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and increase conversions. Promotional Campaign Execution: Plan and implement impactful campaigns and seasonal promotions, working closely with marketing teams and creative agencies like Seventh Triangle . Agency Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact for agency partners to ensure timely delivery of banners, creatives, and campaign assets. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Create and upload visually engaging banners and site content using AEM tools. Platform Coordination: Manage product across and other marketplaces, maintaining high brand standards and accuracy. Image Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks to ensure high-resolution, visually appealing product imagery is published across channels. Sales & Customer Data Analysis: Monitor product performance and user behavior to derive actionable insights for merchandising and marketing improvements. Must-Have Skills: Shopify Platform Management UI/UX Best Practices Catalogue Management (Core) Site Merchandising Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Promotional Campaign Execution Image & Content Quality Control Data Analysis (Sales & Customer Behavior) Agency Coordination (e.g., Seventh Triangle) Multi-platform E-commerce.
