Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data from all channels and plan weekly operations accordingly.
  
• Plan and coordinate 3PL, FBA, and sea shipments.
  
• Handle RTOs and customer returns, maintaining master data with action plans.
  
• Collect and compare quotations from logistics vendors for cost optimization.
  
• Maintain a record of historic quotations from all logistics partners.
  
• Collaborate with procurement to forecast inventory requirements to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  
• Analyze working capital tied up in inventory and suggest improvements.
  
• Communicate with marketing about slow-moving or non-moving inventory.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards for operational tracking and data accuracy.
  
• Troubleshoot technical or process issues that may delay dispatches or deliveries.
  
• Identify redundant team tasks and find automation or optimization opportunities.
  
• Manage listings across operational channels like EE and internal ERP, ensuring correct mapping across platforms.
  
• Conduct warehouse training before any new SKU launch and ensure seamless execution.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  
• 45 years of proven experience in supply chain or operations management.
  
• Advanced Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis Tools).
  
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and analytical reports.
  
• Strong ERP system knowledge and operational understanding.
  
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
