Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations, contributing strategically across departments, and ensuring seamless internal operations aligned with business goals. Your role will involve hands-on experience in back-office functions, content writing, team coordination, process improvement, and digital tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize daily back-office functions such as invoicing, reporting, HR coordination, and scheduling. - Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations. - Track project timelines, resources, and deliverables for effective workflow. - Serve as a point of contact between departments and leadership to facilitate communication. - Write, edit, and proofread content for internal documentation, marketing materials, website copy, emails, blogs, etc. - Identify bottlenecks in workflows and communication, and suggest improvements. - Work with project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, and be proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (3-5 years) in operations, project management, or similar roles. - Strong writing and editing skills across various formats. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
