About Us: Benu Bhatnagar Designs is a premium Indian clothing label that celebrates handcrafted tradition through contemporary silhouettes. We work closely with artisans reviving timeless techniques like Zardozi, Gota, and hand embroidery to create one-of-a-kind garments. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of our boutique and production unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for Indian handcrafted fashion. Key Responsibilities: Manage in-store operations and team coordination Oversee production timelines and vendor management Maintain inventory, quality control, and order fulfillment Ensure smooth communication between design and tailoring units Implement efficient processes to streamline operations Support with exhibitions, pop-ups, and custom order tracking Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion retail or production Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Social media management - campaign shoots etc Passion for Indian textiles and handcrafted clothing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
