Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations for our event and advertising projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate the operations team to meet project goals and deadlines.

Project Execution: End-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, activations, and brand promotions.

Resource Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, designers, production, and logistics teams.

Client Servicing: Act as a key point of contact for clients for operational updates, planning, and execution.

Timeline & Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.

Quality Control: Ensure all outputs (events, installations, ads) meet brand guidelines and high-quality standards.

Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems to improve efficiency and workflow.

Reporting: Maintain and present weekly/monthly reports on project status, team performance, and cost analysis.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

47 years of experience in operations or project management within the event/advertising industry.

Proven experience in managing teams and multi-vendor coordination.

Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and CRM systems.

Preferred:

Experience working in BTL, ATL, experiential marketing, or brand activation campaigns.

Familiarity with vendor ecosystems and production requirements in the events/advertising industry.
