Job Description

As an Operations Manager at 2070 Health, you will play a crucial role in setting up and managing clinic operations for a new preventive health platform. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the onboarding and operational setup of partner clinics, managing vaccine inventory, coordinating at-home vaccination services, conducting site visits, and liaising with internal teams and partners to ensure operational efficiency and service consistency. To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience in operations roles at startups, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or field services. A graduate from a Tier 2 college or above, you should possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage field logistics, multitask under pressure, and a willingness to travel frequently within South Delhi. Preferred qualifications for this position include prior experience in healthcare operations or vaccination program coordination, as well as proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for inventory and data tracking.
