Operations Lead

We’re an early-stage company solving real operational inefficiencies in a large, fragmented B2B market. We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Operations Lead who can take ownership of ground-level execution — from sourcing and movement to warehousing and delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate product movement across multiple cities Handle refurbishment setup (hiring and setting up supply chain working closely with the founder). Manage field vendors, loaders, transport partners, and warehouse teams Oversee tagging, basic inspection, and dispatch readiness Plan and execute end-to-end delivery to customers Build basic processes — checklists, trackers, SOPs Track cost, turnaround time, and vendor performance Requirements Graduation 1–3 years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or warehousing Comfortable handling field teams, vendor coordination, and timelines Strong sense of ownership — solves problems without waiting for instructions Fluent with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, phone-based ops Travelling whenever the job requires 9on company expenses).
