Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of enterprise connectivity services including SASE, Prisma Firewall, HUB Firewall, VPN, Factory firewalls, External DNS, SSL Certificates, Intranet, and Internet-office connections. Additionally, you will provide operational support for GSIP platforms to ensure stable voice and video communication. Your role will involve supporting SASE Traffic routing, Network Security, User Policy, and VPN for secure remote access. You will also handle escalations, prioritize service-related requests, monitor service performance, and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will oversee service delivery to ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met. Project management support for communication and timeline completion will also be within your responsibilities. - Manage daily operations of enterprise connectivity services including SASE, Prisma Firewall, HUB Firewall, VPN, Factory firewalls, External DNS, SSL Certificates, Intranet, and Internet-office connections - Provide operational support for GSIP platforms for stable voice and video communication - Support SASE Traffic routing, Network Security, User Policy, and VPN for secure remote access - Handle escalations, prioritize service-related requests, and coordinate issue resolution - Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met - Oversee service delivery and support project management for communication and timeline completion Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in IT operations or network support. You should have good exposure to GSIP and SASE platforms, knowledge of network automation tools, and proven experience in supplier management, especially with managed services. Additionally, familiarity with SSL certificate management, firewall basics (e.g., Palo Alto), VPN technology, and strong background in vendor and intercompany invoicing processes are required. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills are also essential. - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of experience in IT operations or network support with exposure to GSIP and SASE platforms - Knowledge of network automation tools and supplier management - Familiarity with SSL certificate management, firewall basics, VPN technology, and vendor invoicing processes - Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills At KONE, the company focuses on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture that values the contribution of each individual.
