Operations Internship

The selected intern will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day CRM operations at the project site. This includes maintaining and updating customer databases, documentation, and records. The intern will also provide support in pre-handover and handover documentation, which involves unit inspection and snag reports. Additionally, coordination with internal departments such as Engineering, Quality, and Finance for issue resolution will be necessary. Facilitating site visits and ensuring timely communication with customers are also part of the intern's responsibilities. Handling customer queries and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders when needed is crucial. The intern will be required to prepare reports, trackers, and checklists as requested by the CRM/Operations team. Moreover, assisting in preparing welcome kits and possession handover formalities is expected. Supporting in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and customer meetings on-site is another key aspect of the internship role. Overall, the intern will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of CRM operations and customer relations at the project site.
