Operations Internship

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Selected Intern at Evermile will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and requests via chat, email, and phone. - Serving as an expert on the Evermile Platform and assisting customers with technical and operational problems. - Collaborating with customers, Delivery Partners, and internal team members to troubleshoot live delivery issues and ensure successful resolution. - Working closely with the Engineering and Product teams to identify and implement improvements to the platform. - Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and value for customers. - Taking an active role in specific customer service, product, and operations-related projects based on your abilities and interests.
