Operations Internship

As an Operations Intern at EX Venture Academy in Bali, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your operational skills in one of the world's most vibrant entrepreneurial hubs. This 4 to 6-month unpaid internship will provide you with hands-on experience in startup operations, collaborating with innovative companies in climate tech, circular economy, and AI, such as Zero X. Standout candidates may even be awarded scholarships for their exceptional performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support day-to-day operations and workflows across multiple startup teams - Learn and implement AI-driven project management tools and automation systems - Assist in tracking KPIs, project milestones, and resource planning - Coordinate documentation, reports, and internal task boards - Help streamline internal processes and propose efficiency improvements - Participate in meetings, events, and startup activities hosted by the Academy **Qualifications Required:** - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business, Management, Operations, or related programs - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities - Clear communicator who enjoys working in cross-functional, international teams - Familiar with tools like Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Notion, Airtable - Fluency in English is required; German or Spanish proficiency is a strong plus - Proactive, curious, and excited to help build systems that drive real-world innovation EX Venture Academy offers you the opportunity to work from their innovation campus in Bali, collaborating with startups like Zero X and Gemino AI.
