Operations Internship

Job Description: As an intern at the company, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Managing backend operations, such as appointment confirmations, client coordination, and escalations. - Preparing Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports and following up on inquiries. - Communicating effectively with corporate customers and internal stakeholders. - Handling customer queries through chat, calls, and emails. - Understanding customer needs, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Upselling relevant services based on user interactions and requirements. - Analyzing issues and taking ownership to deliver smooth customer journeys.
