Job Description

As an Operations Procurement Executive at our organization, your role will involve managing end-to-end procurement activities. This includes sourcing vendors for marketing materials, office supplies, and operational needs while ensuring quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. You will be required to conduct market visits to evaluate vendors, check product quality, and negotiate deals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling the end-to-end procurement cycle which includes sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase. - Conducting vendor research to identify suppliers for marketing materials, office supplies, and operational requirements. - Performing on-ground market visits to compare products, evaluate pricing, and ensure quality. - Negotiating with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable terms. - Collaborating with the marketing and graphics teams to procure branding collaterals such as banners, brochures, and merchandise. - Inspecting and verifying the quality of procured goods and services before approval. - Maintaining proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor details. - Monitoring and tracking inventory levels for timely replenishment. - Building and maintaining long-term vendor relationships for reliability and efficiency. - Staying updated with market trends, costs, and supplier innovations. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or related fields. - Strong negotiation and research skills. - Willingness to conduct field/market visits as required. - Basic knowledge of marketing and graphics requirements (design prints, branding, merchandising). - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. - Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
