About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and eager-to-learn Operations Intern to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a hands-on role where you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing crucial support to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will gain practical exposure to core business functions including customer service, feedback management, and logistics support.

This internship offers a strong potential for a full-time job offer based on exceptional performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer feedback calls to gather insights and improve our service quality.
• Monitor and oversee the customer support inbox, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries.
• Identify, track, and follow up on abandoned checkouts to recover lost sales opportunities.
• Assist with daily operational and logistical tasks as assigned.
• Compile and report data on customer feedback and support metrics.

Qualifications & Skills we are looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong phone etiquette and confidence in speaking with customers.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

What We Offer:

• A monthly stipend of ₹8,000 - ₹10,000.
• Mentorship and practical experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Potential for a full-time Pre/Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
• Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.
• Workdays: Monday to Saturday.
