Join our passionate team for a high ownership role in a fast-paced environment with fast career growth opportunities and a great culture devoid of hierarchy or politics. **Role Overview:** - Handle all bookings and business operations - Work closely with suppliers for timely responses and smooth post-booking operations - Manage customer and vendor feedback and escalations effectively - Ensure customer delight through timely completion of agent KYC **Key Responsibilities:** - Be Customer-Centric - Enjoy speaking to clients on call - Demonstrate high ownership in completing tasks - Negotiate effectively with suppliers **Qualifications Required:** - Ethical, hardworking, and "passionate about startups" mindset - Excellent structured problem-solving ability - Good understanding of various business verticals - Disciplined & Process Oriented - Presence of Mind - Willingness to learn and grow - Available for a 6-month commitment **Additional Details:** Our office is located in Connaught Place, Delhi, with work timings from 9:30 am till work gets completed. Expect a fast-paced environment with 10-12 hours of work per day.
