Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative thinker to lead our marketing efforts, build a strong community around our brand, and create engaging content that resonates with our audience. This is a role that blends storytelling, brand-building, and digital strategy, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start up environment and cares about shaping conversations in fashion, tech, and design. Key Responsibilities Develop and produce high-quality visual content across formats including reels, carousels, shorts, and static posts. Edit video content and design basic graphics using tools like Canva, CapCut. Create monthly social media calendars with a strong brand voice, including product stories, community spotlights, and behind-the-scenes. Work closely with the founder and designer to ideate and execute content that’s visually and emotionally engaging. Report performance (reach, engagement, shares, saves) across channels and align on growth content needs accordingly. Research industry trends, and audience behaviour to build a robust, insight-driven content approach. Build and manage brand-led communities through Instagram and other relevant platforms and actively engaging with comments, DMs, and story replies to build strong connections with the community. Partner with creators, influencers, and B2B founders for authentic collaborations and cross-promotional campaigns. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in social media/content/community management. Strong copywriting and editing skills with an engaging, brand-consistent voice. Working knowledge of video editing tools and basic graphic design platforms. Ability to work collaboratively and independently, manage time well, and juggle multiple priorities. A strong creative eye with an understanding of what looks good and what resonates with today’s audiences. Palettier is a bespoke AI visual service for fashion brands, creating studio-grade, garment-accurate visuals, tailored for fashion labels to preview, present, and sell faster with fewer samples and shoots. Role Overview: At Palettier, we are looking for a talented Photo Editor to work with our team and work on high-impact e-commerce visuals for global fashion brands. You will retouch and finish fashion/e-commerce images to a consistent, studio standard. As the Image Editor, You will: End-to-end retouching: Edit, retouch, and enhance fashion e-commerce product images. Production-ready delivery: Optimise formats/exports and ensure every visual is polished, on-brand, consistent and ready for web, marketplace, and social platforms. Collaboration & quality: Work closely with our creative team to interpret briefs, uphold QA standards, and deliver top-tier images for our client base. Requirements 1+ years of professional Photoshop retouching (fashion/e-comm preferred). Portfolio showing previous work in image editing Experience in photo research and photography Expertise in Photoshop and Lightroom to create high-quality visuals.
