Role Overview: As a Content and Community Associate at Palettier, you will play a crucial role in leading marketing efforts, building a strong community around the brand, and creating engaging content that resonates with the audience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and produce high-quality visual content across various formats such as reels, carousels, shorts, and static posts. - Edit video content and create basic graphics using tools like Canva and CapCut. - Create monthly social media calendars with a distinctive brand voice, focusing on product stories, community spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content. - Collaborate closely with the founder and designer to brainstorm and execute visually and emotionally engaging content. - Monitor and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, shares, saves) across channels, adapting content strategy accordingly. - Research industry trends and audience behavior to develop an insightful content approach. - Manage brand-led communities on Instagram and other platforms, actively engaging with comments, DMs, and story replies to foster strong connections. - Establish partnerships with creators, influencers, and B2B founders for authentic collaborations and cross-promotional campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or community management. - Proficient copywriting and editing skills with a consistent, engaging brand voice. - Familiarity with video editing tools and basic graphic design platforms. - Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, effectively managing time and multitasking. - Strong creative vision with an understanding of visual aesthetics and audience preferences.
