We are looking for an Intern who will primarily work on customer ticketing and reshipment processes using software Georgios/Uniware
Location: Vadgaon Maval, Pune
Duration: 3 months
· Manage and resolve customer tickets raised on Georgios' software.
· Track reshipment requests and ensure timely processing.
· Maintain accurate records of ticket status and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
· Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (BBA, B. Com, or similar) or a recent graduate.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Basic understanding of customer service and operations.
· Comfortable working with software tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
