Operations Intern

The Operations Intern position at MyOperator in Sector 2, Noida, is a full-time role lasting 6 months (6 days a week). As an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and technical teams, gaining valuable experience in telecom infrastructure, backend coordination, and SaaS operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting internal teams with telecom infrastructure management, system monitoring, vendor interactions, and process optimization. By analyzing technical tickets and resolution logs, you will help identify recurring issues and contribute to updating internal process documents and operational workflows. Desired qualifications for this role include a basic understanding or interest in telecom systems, cloud platforms, strong organizational skills, proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Workspace, and clear communication abilities. Graduate students or recent graduates are preferred for this position, with availability to work full-time from the Noida Sector 2 office and willingness to commit to a 6-day workweek with occasional weekend support. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive a Certificate of Internship, gain real-world experience in operations management in an SaaS environment, exposure to telecom workflows, and backend system processes. You will also receive reimbursement for mobile and laptop usage, with the possibility of a full-time placement based on your internship performance. The work schedule is during day shifts, with the work location being in person at the Noida Sector 2 office.
