Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Intern. The Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, data analysis, and process optimization. Tasks include coordinating with team members, managing schedules, compiling reports, and supporting operational planning and execution. The role is located in Punjab, India and requires a proactive attitude and attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Interest in agriculture and renewable energy sectors is a plus
