Site Management 2. Contract Compliance 3. Supervision 4. Customer Relations Job Description: a. Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the forklift fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs, to ensure that all forklifts are in good working condition and that operational needs are met. b. Contract Compliance: Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, including service level agreements, performance metrics, and timelines. Report on contract performance to the management. c. Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of forklift operators and technicians working on the contract site. Ensure that they are following safety procedures and best practices. d. Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for the end customer and address their concerns, questions, and requests in a professional and responsive manner. e. Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines when performing maintenance and repairs. Ensure that forklifts are following safety standards of Godrej & Establishment workplace. All maintenance to be as per Standard Maintenance Procedures & Standard Operating Procedure. f. Troubleshooting: Handle and resolve any issues or emergencies related to forklift operations, such as breakdowns, accidents, or equipment malfunctions. g. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all operations and maintenance and repair work, including parts used, hours worked, shift scheduling and details of services provided. Note: This role is for Fixed Term Contract for 3 Years.
