Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Team Oversight & Performance

• Supervise the operations and production teams at the Tirupati office.
• Ensure work allocation, shift schedules, and deliverables are on track.
• Support hiring, training, and evaluation of new recruits.

Process Management

• Monitor key workflows (medical coding, billing, claim processing).
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare standards and company SOPs.

Client Coordination

• Liaise with the Hyderabad management team on ongoing client projects.
• Track daily performance reports and submit weekly summaries.
• Ensure project SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met.

Operational Reporting

• Maintain dashboards for daily productivity and error tracking.
• Escalate bottlenecks or operational issues in real time.

Culture & Communication

• Build a healthy, accountable work culture within the Tirupati team.
• Be available part-time (preferably 4–5 hours/day) for in-office supervision and online coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in

  operations management

  (preferably in healthcare, BPO, or RCM sectors).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and coordination ability.
• Familiarity with

  medical billing/coding

  workflow is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage hybrid or remote team structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
