Job Description

Work with a PE backed firm in the paper and packaging industry
Lead operations of their upcoming corrugated box plant

About Our Client

The company is a well-established organization within the paper industry, listed on the NSE and are backed by a large PE firm. They are expanding their operations across packaging solutions

Oversee daily operations in the corrugated box manufacturing unit.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet client requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Optimise resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor production quality and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and improve machinery performance.
Train and manage a team to achieve operational goals effectively.
Prepare reports and analyse data to drive process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

10-18 years of experience leading plant operations
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership level position
Only candidates heading operations for corrugated box plants will be considered
Should speak Tamil fluently
Well versed with the South Indian Packaging industry
