Operations Executives

You are a dynamic and young individual with a keen interest in operations and related fields, possessing the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. You excel at multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. - Developing and implementing strategies to ensure a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations - Undergoing training in quality control and inventory control management - Updating new SOPs and ensuring SOP implementation in all departments, checking the same during routine operational checks - Inspecting all departments with their respective managers for cleanliness, ambiance, service readiness, staff grooming, and hospitality culture - Monitoring and maintaining operation & overhead costs to maximize revenue for the organization - Establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability - Managing the daily functions of the business Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, operations, or related fields - Strong leadership skills - High level of responsibility and accountability - Strong management, communication, and organizational skills - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi - Strong ability to multitask - Comfortable working with multiple groups within different business units Freshers are encouraged to apply for this position.,
