Role Overview

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Training:

• Recruit, verify, and onboard service providers for WooMagic. Conduct initial training sessions to ensure service standards are met.

• Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations, address logistical challenges, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Track service quality, punctuality, and customer satisfaction for all assigned providers.

• Issue Resolution:

• Handle operational escalations, cancellations, or rescheduling issues with professionalism and speed.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improving workflows and reducing service delays.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or service coordination (home services or gig economy startups preferred)
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• Basic tech proficiency — Google Sheets, WhatsApp, phone-based apps
• Willingness to be in the field, coordinate with providers, and manage ground-level challenges
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to
