Role Overview We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and process-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in South West Delhi . You’ll be responsible for end-to-end onboarding and training of service providers, ensuring service quality, and making sure operations run like clockwork. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Training: Recruit, verify, and onboard service providers for WooMagic. Conduct initial training sessions to ensure service standards are met. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day field operations, address logistical challenges, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Performance Monitoring: Track service quality, punctuality, and customer satisfaction for all assigned providers. Issue Resolution: Handle operational escalations, cancellations, or rescheduling issues with professionalism and speed. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improving workflows and reducing service delays.
