We are seeking a dynamic Operations Executive with experience in creating quotations and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage quotations, and coordinate with teams and clients to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Operational Coordination: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate tasks between departments, and ensure efficient execution.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, quotations, and other relevant documents.
Issue Resolution: Address operational issues, respond to client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Resource Management: Monitor resource usage and maintain inventory levels for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, with a focus on making quotations and client interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of preparing and managing quotations.
Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
