ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Operations Executive with hands-on experience in managing bookings to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for professionals from hotels, airlines, travel agencies, or corporate travel desks who are comfortable handling high-volume reservations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and working on Excel-based MIS.

Please note:

This role involves rotational shifts, including night shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Bookings & Operations

• Handle end-to-end hotel / travel bookings including confirmations, modifications, and cancellations
• Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate bookings
• Manage urgent and time-sensitive booking requests efficiently

B. Coordination & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for hotels, vendors, and client teams
• Ensure clear communication via email and calls to avoid booking errors or delays
• Resolve booking-related issues such as availability conflicts, rate mismatches, or last-minute changes

C. MIS & Reporting

• Maintain booking trackers, rate sheets, and operational MIS on Excel
• Ensure accuracy of data for billing, reconciliation, and audits
• Adhere to defined SOPs and operational processes

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in handling bookings (hotels / airlines / travel agencies / corporate travel desks)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (daily usage expected)
• Comfortable with email-based coordination and basic documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive requests
