As an Operation Executive at Nexus Spaces in Indore, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of our coworking space at Vijay Nagar location. Your role will involve managing daily operations, upholding facility maintenance standards, and cultivating a positive community atmosphere. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding new members, overseeing invoices, and coordinating various events. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing operational activities such as maintaining the physical space, ensuring cleanliness, managing access control, and enhancing security measures. You will also be focused on enhancing the overall member experience by facilitating new member onboarding, providing necessary support and guidance, and fostering a vibrant and engaging community environment. Supporting the sales team in promoting the benefits of our coworking space and attracting new members will also be part of your duties. We are looking for an individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with the team, balancing operational tasks with sales support. Your role will also involve facilities management, which includes addressing maintenance requests, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and services, and handling miscellaneous work as needed.
