Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Mohali district. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the fleet, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient travel services. The role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high standards of service quality and safety. Additionally, the Operations Executive will analyze performance metrics, develop operational strategies, and work closely with the senior management to improve operational efficiency.

• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (BBA/B.Com preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in operations or hospitality is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in day/night/general shifts
• Male candidates preferred
