Operations Executive

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow across departments. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing efficient processes to enhance productivity, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to suggest improvements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. In addition to operational management, you will also be responsible for team coordination and leadership. This involves supervising and supporting team members to meet operational goals, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for training team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Another important aspect of your role will be process improvement. You will need to identify bottlenecks in processes and propose effective solutions, implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Furthermore, you will be involved in inventory and resource management, where you will manage inventory levels, ensure proper stock control, oversee procurement activities, and maintain vendor relationships. Your role will also require you to prepare detailed reports on operational performance and project status, as well as maintain accurate records of business activities, transactions, and process updates. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction by improving service delivery processes. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in operations management. The work location is in person.,
