Operations Executive

You will be working as an Operations Executive at an architectural lighting and solution provider company. Lumen Atelier has been in the market for 7 years and serves over 1000 clients with two branches located in Indore & Bhopal. Key Responsibilities: - Provide and prepare accurate quotations as a Quotation Administrator - Ensure maximum efficiency by following office workflow procedures - Assist other teams with administrative tasks like redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, and scheduling meetings - Draft reports and correspondence - Manage general office tasks such as ordering stationery - Perform clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, and other filing work - Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of total work experience preferred Please note that this position is full-time and only female candidates are being considered for this role. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to commute or relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh is required for this position.
