The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial statements, and supporting overall financial health and operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle reconciliations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Handle tax preparations, filings, and liaise with auditors or tax consultants as needed. Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement. Support internal and external audits. Ensure timely and accurate financial close processes. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus). 5- 10 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
