Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive in the Tours and Travel sector, located in Mira Bhayandar. The Operation Executive will handle daily operational tasks such as managing bookings, coordinating with vendors, handling client inquiries, and ensuring seamless execution of travel services. Responsibilities will also include maintaining operational data, providing customer support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management for efficiently handling travel logistics and services.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to solve problems, optimize processes, and ensure seamless operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant education or experience in tourism, travel management, or operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
