Strong desire to learn Creative approach towards problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good MS excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well. JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing vendors and getting the work done. Tracking the shipments and updating the same. Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Managing and optimizing the allocation of resources. Setting performance goals and targets for operational teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions. Effective communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of operational activities.
