Operations Executive in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of retreats, trainings, and online programs.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication with clients and vendors.
• Handle basic backend and CRM tasks.
• Assist with content planning and social media coordination.
• Work closely with the founder and core team on strategic growth.
• Contribute new ideas and take initiative in improving processes.
• Stay prepared to travel when required for retreats or events.
  

Key Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
• Any experience in social media management is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to our office in Mumbai.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and take initiative.
• A creative mindset with a passion for wellness and yoga.
  

Notes

• Working Model: Monday to Saturday.
• Reporting Time: 10:00 AM.
• The mandatory 2-week training period for all new employees.
