We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic candidate for managing our SALES for our TEACHER TRAINING ACADEMY and RETREAT programs. The candidate MUST have relevant job experience and a passion for wellness, and an interest in YOGA. The candidate must have: -Be aa excellent communicator and should be driven by Sales/ business development - Understanding of CRM systems and back-end softwares - Financial skills. Ability to handle invoices, the company's basic financials, etc. - Know-how of CRM systems - Entrepreneurial mindset -2-3 years of experience is a must in relevant field Compensation Anywhere between 3 to 4.20 lakh rupees per annum depending on past work experience and relevance Working Module Monday- Saturday Reporting time 10 AM. 2 weeks training period for all the employees, irrespective of their experience. We are seeking a creative, quick-thinking, and reliable Operations Executive to support our retreat operations, online programs, and daily workflows. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and ready to take ownership. A key requirement is the ability to travel to our office in Mumbai and occasionally travel for retreats and events. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of retreats, trainings, and online programs. Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication with clients and vendors. Handle basic backend and CRM tasks. Assist with content planning and social media coordination. Work closely with the founder and core team on strategic growth. Contribute new ideas and take initiative in improving processes. Stay prepared to travel when required for retreats or events. Key Requirements 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles. Any experience in social media management is a plus. Must be able to travel to our office in Mumbai. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make independent decisions and take initiative. A creative mindset with a passion for wellness and yoga.
