Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete journey of learners from enrolment to program completion
Coordinate onboarding processes to set learners up for success and ensure they are familiar with program goals and requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving learner issues, concerns, or escalations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including training, tech, and sales to address and resolve issues efficiently
Manage schedules, resources, and program logistics to deliver a seamless experience
Ensure timely communication with learners regarding sessions, updates, and feedback
Provide regular reports to leadership offering insights into learner progress, satisfaction, and areas for improvement
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on adjustments or improvements to the program structure
