Job Description

Operations & Execution

Own day-to-day operational tasks across multiple projects
Break down problems and execute solutions with minimal supervision
Track deliverables, timelines, and outcomes

Project Management

Manage multiple client and internal projects simultaneously
Coordinate with team members, founders, vendors, and partners
Ensure tasks are executed on time and at high quality

Cold Calling & Outreach

Execute cold calls, follow-ups, and business outreach when required
Support lead generation, partnerships, and vendor conversations

Vendor Onboarding & Coordination

Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and service partners
Handle communication, documentation, and coordination

AI & Tech Enablement

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, CRM, spreadsheets, productivity software) to improve speed and efficiency
Build systems, templates, and workflows using tech and AI

Marketing & Communication Support

Assist in marketing execution (content coordination, research, outreach, basic campaign support)
Draft professional emails, proposals, and internal documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
