Operations Executive- Factory

Department: Operations / Manufacturing

Reports To: Assistant Plant Manager

Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day factory operations, including store inventory, supply chain coordination, and basic accounting support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage factory-level operations and daily workflow.
• Handle store inventory, including raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records, inward/outward entries, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and vendors for timely material movement.
• Oversee supply chain activities including procurement support and dispatch planning.
• Ensure proper documentation for GRN, issue slips, delivery challans, and transfer notes.
• Support basic accounting activities such as invoice checking, expense tracking, and data entry.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and factory discipline standards.
• Assist management with operational data, reports, and day-to-day requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of inventory management and factory operations.
• Basic understanding of accounting and documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a factory environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Operations, Commerce preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in factory or operations role preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
