Operations Engineer

Location: Work from site @ MIDC Badlapur

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: In-hand Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 35,000 depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage tender processes, documentation, marketing support, and office administration. This is a multifaceted role ideal for someone who enjoys handling diverse responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Tender Management – Prepare documents, ensure compliance, coordinate submissions, and participate in auctions.

✔ Marketing Support – Respond to inquiries, update websites (IndiaMart & company portals), and monitor leads.

✔ Documentation Control – Maintain project files, generate e-invoices/e-way bills, and manage courier dispatches.

✔ Store & Office Administration – Handle material inward records, supervise housekeeping, and manage supplies.

✔ HR Assistance – Support payroll, overtime tracking, and employee engagement activities.

Ideal Candidate:
