The Technical Escalations Operations Engineer will be vital in collaborating with the Client Operations, Product, and Core Development Teams in Engineering. This role involves continuous monitoring of the JIRA Queue for incoming Service Requests, Bugs, Troubleshooting issues, or Raw Data Requests while maintaining response and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The primary goal is to acquire deep product knowledge, enabling swift issue resolution and effective communication with the Engineering team and CS.
