Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise plant activities including manpower management, scheduling work, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Interpret engineering drawings and troubleshoot machining problems.
Lead, motivate, and manage personnel, including conducting performance reviews.
Train new employees on proper tool usage, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Enforce company safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Background:

Minimum 2 years of experience in machining operations, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
Hands-on knowledge of Grinding, Milling, Sink EDM, and Wire EDM machining processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills.
